Closed, cancelled, superseded or Review Required demand remains blocked.

Returns & Reversals

Accepted usable returns reopen warehouse stock and may re-reserve to the same open Material Requirement. Saved return drafts remain recoverable after reload. Posted returns remain immutable and can be corrected only through a controlled Return Reversal when returned stock and downstream dependencies are still safe.

WIP Transfers

Direct WIP movement between executors with explicit dispatch, partial receipt, in-transit, damaged and short/lost quantities.

This console executes canonical Production Transfer Requirements created after Production Update / QC. The display follows the live transfer state: Ready = WIP is still at source, Dispatched = WIP is in transit, Partially Received = destination settlement is in progress, and Received = destination custody is complete. Recovery actions are dependency-controlled and preserve the original movement history.
