Warehouses define physical storage and movement locations.
Inventory ownership comes from the originating material / production
authority and is preserved through warehouse transfers. Stock quantities
are never edited from this master; they change only through posted
inventory transactions.

floor, rack, shelf or bin. Actual material location belongs to
stock balances and lots—not to the Raw Material Master.

Stock Transfer

without changing ownership. Material uses Stock Ledger, WIP uses
Process Output Ledger, and Finished Goods uses Finished Goods Ledger.
TRANSFER_OUT and TRANSFER_IN remain linked under one transfer reference.
