General Stock Processing Authority V1 accepts only active General + Company-Owned Raw Material stock. The Raw Material Master controls allowed processing states and Stock UOM. Exact physical stock is revalidated transactionally when the Processing Issue is posted.

1 · Processing Setup

Material & State Conversion

Select one processing-enabled Raw Material Master and define the physical stock-state conversion. Input and output states must be different.

Processing Order Order Date * Raw Material Master * Only active General Raw Materials with Material Processing States enabled are shown.

Input Processing State * Current physical stock condition, e.g. Unwashed.

2 · Processor

Execution & Commercial Reference

Select whether processing happens at an external vendor or internally. The material remains Company-Owned throughout processing.

3 · Source Stock

Exact Warehouse / Location / Lot Allocation

Select the exact physical stock being sent for processing. Multiple source balances/lots can be combined in one Processing Order.

Live Stock Revalidation Source material, state, ownership, UOM and canonical available stock are read again inside the posting transaction before any stock write.

Total Processing Issue

I confirm the selected material, processing-state conversion, processor and exact physical source stock are correct. Posting deducts the selected source stock, creates immutable Stock Ledger OUT entries and moves the quantity into Material Processing custody.

Draft does not change stock. Stock moves only when Processing Issue is posted.

Receive processed stock, record rejects/QC hold and reconcile process loss.

Receipt settlement cannot exceed the live quantity still held in processing custody.

Returned Processed Material

Good and rejected physical output return to Warehouse stock in the Output Processing State. Rejected quantity is placed on QC Hold.

Good Output Qty Returns to usable output-state stock. Rejected / Hold Qty Returns physically but enters QC Hold. Process Loss / Shrinkage No warehouse stock is created for process loss.

Reconciliation Rule Good + Rejected + Loss ≤ Open Custody

Receipt Remarks I confirm the physical processed output, rejected/hold quantity, process loss and destination Warehouse/Location/Lot are correct. Posting creates immutable Processing Receipt history, output-state stock, ledger entries and reduces processor custody by the settled quantity.

Partial receipt is allowed. Any unsettled quantity remains in processing custody.
